Benefits of Sport

Athletics is my favourite sport because of the verity of activities available. For example: Running, Jumping, Walking, and Track & Field.


I walk a lot everyday and go for a 3 mile run (Jog) most days. Honestly speaking I feel much better and healthier after each exercise. 


Also my bowels and appetite seem to open up more following exercise making way for healthier eating. 


Sport also provides me with opportunities to socialise and meet new people, exchange ideas and network. This means we build strong communities and respect each others culture.
